On a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. I want to change my workouts tile but I'm not sure how to save it.  The center pic is the default, the right pic is after I long press it, and the left pic is what I want. I edit the workouts within the tile that I would like on the main screen, but I am not sure how to save it. If I press any button, it goes back to default, long pressing any button or the screen does nothing. Double tapping does nothing.

Okay I had the same issue. So go ahead and set the ones you want then hit the back button. Delete the tile then re-add it. The ones you set should then appear. That fixed it for me.

If you go into the Samsung Health app and go into exercises, you can pick your top 3 exercises and by doing that, changes them on your watch. It also has more exercises available on there than the watch does.
