I have a several month old Samsung 70" Model #UN70TU7000BXZA, The screen detached from frame and busted up the screen and destroyed the frame. I reached out to Samsung online and gave pictures etc., they set me up with a third party repair company named USSIGlobal which contacted me and said this was not under warranty by Samsung, told me to contact them with the problem, which is what I did originally. As a loyal Samsung TV guy I with 7 of their TVs I am frustrated that the support was no better! Anyone else had this problem?
