FIX THE SAMSUNG COMMUNITY

The Samsung Community is broken in so many ways.

1. The ways that an individual can communicate with the Samsung Community. More than one way should always be available no matter what type of device. The online Samsung Community should always be available to everyone and should have default use.

2. The layout is a disaster. One major example would be the SELECT LOCATION, Choose a Board...  This list is a disaster and unacceptable. The Groups category is unnecessary and or not able to be used in a better manor. Get Help, Phones... Not cohesive. It is unorganized and does not make a lot of sense. Shouldn't there be a forum for each device.
