Samsung UE43TU7092UXXH Smart TV.
I have had this TV since December 2021 and now I am attempting to connect a bluetooth speaker.
Firstly there was no bluetooth options so I accessed the 'secret menu' and  turned BT support to 'ON'. There were no bluetooth options in the engineering dialog box as suggested on some online guides.
The sound options now show bluetooth and an empty BT device list.
I have placed a bluetooth speaker and headphones next to the TV but after endless attempts to find them  the result is always the same i.e. 'No device found'
I notice that in the MRT options underneath the now enabled BT support, there is no Bluetooth address, nor on the 'About this TV' page, the bluetooth address is blank.
I would be very grateful for any advice to solve this issue,
Many thanks,

James.
