Bixby routine to restart phone on a schedule

Hi, I was told that on Android 13, they stopped the automatic restart of the phone and replaced it with automatic optimization instead. So I tried to create a bixby routine to restart at a specific time, but no action for power (restart or shutdown).

Any suggestions other than just waiting for that "optimization when needed" feature that they have?

It's kind of a janky option. But if you have GoodLock downloaded you should be able to select it as the THEN action and select Touch Micro. You then would record the swipes and presses needed while in your home screen to get your phone to automatically restart. (If you keep your screen locked, you may have to tap or swipe your passcode with muscle memory for the phone to do that automatically while your screen is off 🤔)

Hi Jess04, you have suggested this, but have you tried it yourself? Because I have and the issue with touch macro is while you record such a touch macro once you touch on 'touch to restart' option the device would restart and you cannot save the macro.. You understand my point right.. so I still haven't found the solution. Anyone?

Hello! You can set this function in device care > "..." > automation > auto restart
