Experiencing multiple issues on my Note 20 ultra 5g

My battery now drains with in an hr, the camera now is horrible, blurry,  hazy, and cant zoom in clearly. After both updates it is worse. I had exchanged my 4 month old phone for a new same note 20u and this one after 8 days is worse. Im so upset . My wifi in my home which is the fastest they offer, connects on n off now, the phone lags so bad. Im told i can only do another phone swap.  As if i wa t a 3rd broken note 20u . If i upgrade i will be charged 800 bucks because my phone is worth 395.00 for trade in. I just paid full price in april from tmobile . Im **bleep** off. I drop calls and have my sons drs calling me i miss. This phone was ok till the updates. Never agin.

Contact support and do a warranty exchange

Did you restore all your apps and content when you started it? If you did, do a factory reset and do not restore the content and see how it does with nothing extra added or installed, if it works fine, then it's an app that's causing the issue

A factory reset will not undo the updates. The updates go over the old updates. There is no changing it. So resetting won't change if its due to updates which it is. Plus i was told by a tmobile rep at head quarters that note 20 ultra has antenna problems and camera problems now so i am getting another different phone. Im done getting notes replaced

When Tmobile replaced my brand new note 20 (2.5 months old) with a used phone, I told them was not paying $1000 for a used phone & since I could buy a used phone from Samsung for $450, I expected to be refunded $550. They refunded $500 & gave me 90% refund for the 2.5 months of awful service/preformence.
