You can use an online video converter (for example, VideoСonverter) or download an application, there are many of them, you can just search on google. The one I use https://www.videoconverter.com/ is very simple and doesn't require a lot of skills and knowledge. You just upload your video that you want to convert and then pick the needed format. And don't worry about the files you upload, they’re immediately deleted from their servers after you finish to convert them.
