Microphone issues in APPs

So I am having issues with my microphone on Samsung Note 20 Ultra. 

Phone calls work normal, and so does the audio in the videos I record.

Snapchat, whatsapp, Facebook messager, talk to text or any other app don't pick up audio at all.

Steps I already took to fix it.

• Wipe cache thru soft restart.

• reset all app permissions

• reset all apps

• update all apps

• safe mode test

• even took it to a third party phone repair shop, and they couldn't figure it out.

Only thing I haven't done is master reset.

Any suggestions?

Factory reset is the only thing I can think of
