My phone won't make or receive calls or texts. I have tried everything including resetting network and resetting apps to default. I am at my wits end and discussed with Samsung. I have always bought this product. But am thinking next time I won't. Someone told me it needs recalibrate. I've been dealing with this for several days...

Glad I'm not alone.. even my apps are all mixed up and in wrong access folders or whatever. It's like they decided to have a party and forgot where they belong.

Do you have the correct apn settings? Google "apn settings" for whatever carrier you use.

I think so. I've been on phone with carrier for 2 days now going through various steps. But who knows.. I'm fixing to run the thing over and throw the remains in river
