Hello Members, I recently bought an xcover pro on facebook marketplace, and it says this device belongs to your organization, and i have reached to the seller and no responseses yet, now i have a device that i want to possibly sell or use but also want to remove the MDM software from the company that manages it when I dont even know what company its from.

@Andrew_142 You would need to get the seller of the device to remedy the situation.

i mentioned that i got no other way to contact the seller, and ive tried multiple times to remove it but i cant, and i know it has no affect on it when i test it but i do have a suspicion that it may lock me out if it makes any sense

In the future, don't purchase a device from anyone or anywhere other than your carrier or any authorized retailer.
