Just today the SOC1000MA is no longer powering on and the Frame TV is showing the connect wire and power to one connect box. Confirmed no LED is visible on the optical port when power is connected. TV powers on/off with the remote properly. TV is Samsung Frame 2018 55".
Not sure what options we have to replace the faulty One Connect unit?
