1 month of email missing in the Samsung Mail app.

Hi, I have a Samsung S21 Ultra and today found that 1 month of email is unable to be displayed in the Samsung Mail app between Aug 11, 2021 and Sep 11, 2021.  Outlook app has no issue listing these email.  Outlook.com also confirms these email exists on the server.  Anyone else experiencing or have experienced such issue and have any advise or suggestion to be able to see those email in the app?

What email app are you using?
Do you have your inbox view filtered in some way? I noticed that all but one of the messages in the list are unread.

Have you cleared the system cache? To perform it:
1: turn off your device
2: press volume up and power key. Keep those two held
3: scroll down to wipe system cache using the volume down key
4: press the power key
5: choose yes and press the power key
6: reboot the device.

Happens to me sometimes, maybe it is one of those reasons.

When I change account or app sync permissions sometimes it stops loading so I change the sync settings once again to make it work.

Maybe you need to sign in again to your account on the phone because the samsung email thinks you don't have permission to receive your emails from outlook. The old emails are the ones saved to your phone. Logging back in fixed it for me a different time.
