Text messages saying "Failed" when trying to resend?

Hello, when i send text messages it is saying failed and when i try to resend. Been doing this all day. What is the problem?

Give your carrier a call

Go to your msg app and see if which way you chose to send your txt . If you have checked off MMS to send your txt. If you have unchecked it and check the other one. I think it's SMS ?
