Washers and DryersI am having difficulty with getting warranty service on my washing machine. It broke down on June 24. Samsung passed the service request on to OMB (FriendsTek) to provide service. After several trips (no actual repairs yet made), having service calls cancelled, and yesterday, a no show.... I still do not have a working washing machine. Calls to Samsung service have not yielded any assistance ("we have to hear from the service company first"). I am a senior citizen that cannot carry laundry to a laundry mat and cannot seem to get the service that is covered. How can I get some help?
