This is the 3rd Samsung Front loading washing machine I've had that has had the shocks go out resulting in loud shaking and screeching of metal on metal rubbing. Prior 2 Samsung provided some support in repairs however this time they will not assist. The washer is only 2 years and 7 months old and it is unacceptable for that we have to deal with this already and that Samsung won't stand behind their products.
