I set my washer to run steam/sanitize cycle yesterday before leaving the house. (I had run it on a normal cycle just an hour before and it ran with no issue.) When I got home several hours later, the screen still showed the full 2h 11m cycle time, with no error codes flashing. I assumed I hadn't hit start, so pressed the start/play button. When I did this, the door lock flashed but the rest of the screen went blank. I tried to hit the power button, but nothing happens other than the door lock flashing. Obviously, the door is still locked. I tried holding the pause button down to release the lock, nothing happens. I tried doing a reset on the washer by unplugging it, also powering the circuit down, both I did multiple times for 30 min, 25 min over the recommended 5 min. Nothing happens. Still not powering on or unlocking. The door lock does flash after a minute when trying to open the door.
Help videos and google searches are proving to be of not help. Does anyone have an other suggestions on how to at least, unlock the door. There does seem to be a small amount of water in the basin, so it must've starting filling it before freezing up. be able to drain it would be nice too, but I am more concerned with freeing my laundry as it has been taken hostage by the machine. Thank you.

Washers and DryersUnfortunately, the unit would need to be serviced since it will not power on. If you would like to move forward with this process, send me a private message http://bit.ly/2ihPL97

Washers and DryersIt technically does power on. The door lock indicator flashes. It would need power to do that.
But otherwise the unit doesn't power up so that I can pause or start or select a cycle.
Upon further digging, I may need a new fuse, new door lock or if I use the emergency hose to drain the water from the basin, it may unlock on its own. Beyond that I am not sure what to do.
I've seen a few similar issues on this forum but non were resolved with the samsung moderator's help. I've already been in contact with samsung and they just told me to unplug it and plug it back in. Which I had already done. Beyond that they wanted me to pay for service instead of offering the above suggestions I found via google.

Washers and DryersHi, if you are a true DIY'er you should go get a multimeter and hopefully that will be able to tell you what part is malfunctioning. They're cheap too and on Amazon for $10.
I've also seen that the latch is the problem with a lot of the instances you just described for Samsung washers. It'll be worth having it repaired.
