If im being completely honest, as a 15 year Samsung customer i am slightly disappointed. I have stuck with Samsung through multiple ups and down because I like the flexibility and the ability to customize and multiple other positive attributions. Samsung ALLEGEDLY charging restocking fees when you return your Galaxy S25 series phone. It is apparently obvious that people are dissatisfied with this years updates thus far. I really hope Samsung is paying attention to these Beta discussions and not just allowing moderators to share their perspectives based on comments.
