I am on an S25 Ultra, AT&T in the USA. My Members app shows the beta banner but when I click it does not give me the option to download. Does anyone know how to work around this to get access? Thanks!

Then you don't have a carrier branded phone. If you're phone is factory unlocked it doesn't matter. If you have a carrier branded phone that's unlocked you still cannot download it unless you are on T-Mobile.

Currently It's for unlocked variants only but they are expanding to other models soon. Edit: looks like soon came sooner? Than soon lol

Do you have a phone that ends in the model code with a U1 or a TMobile device? If your device does not fit those two criteria I describe, no you are not eligible. If you do meet one of those 2 criteria and you click on the Beta banner, usually it will say something to the effect the Beta is currently full. Phase 3 should be sometime late next week, maybe spots will open as some people drop out for one reason or anothrr.

To clear things out, Beta is available for US T-Mobile stocked device or Carrier unlocked models. 

So, if your device was purchased from AT&T, there is a high chance that your device is AT&T stocked device, which may be ineligible for beta participation.
