Have you you ever owned a Pixel, when you used the pin to unlock on a Pixel before 14, the numbers would get animate and get larger as you entered, making it easier looking over one's shoulder. Samsung phones doesn't do that.

Search for this and turn it off

Edit: just realized that you might mean the animation on button when pressing. In that case, I don't know how to turn it off.
