After Beta 4

I'm still having issues with pulling down anywhere in the screen to bring down the notification panel. It lags or just won't respond.

I believe they increased the swipe distance required to trigger the action. Have you tried doing a slightly longer swipe down?

I did. Same issue. Sometimes it works with long swipes, sometimes it works with short swipes. Sometimes nothing happens with neither short or long.

Check motion smoothness and select adaptive if not already. I had lots of issues with standard smoothness.
