After the Beta Update 3, I'm Getting Google Play Service Framework Error

Does this only happen when you try to do a Google play system update?

Please submit a bug report so Samsung can Investigate the issue properly. Steps below. Make sure to include any relevant screenshots or screen recordings.

- To report bugs or errors in the Beta software, select "Beta feedback > Error reports" in the Samsung Members app.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

It happens everytime I'm restarting my phone. And google play service update is failing constantly. I also submitted an error report.

What's your Google Play aservices Version number? Mine is the attached, and I don't have issues. It may be worth updating to the play services beta version. You can do that via Google play.

This has happened to me on both my phone and tablet. I've never been able to fix it doing anything specific.

It just seems to start working again one day.
