Ambient Wallpaper setup

I keep getting a notification telling me in order to use ambient wallpaper that I need to set up the weather app. When I click the notification it brings me to the weather app in settings but I don't see what they're saying to set up because everything already is

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
