I haven't had a single issue with the camera during the beta. Now on the official version, and it is still working great. As said by others, you may have a hardware issue, not a software issue. Take it in for service.

If you're having camera issues it likely a hardware problem.

I had that before on a device and the issue was the phone.. Try contacting Samsung so you can turn on that device.
