It said that the Fold 3 was eligible for the update this month, yet I have no option for it. Is it usually within the first few days that it just pops up?

You would see the join banner here in Members.

If you don't see it, the program is closed for new sign up ... or your carrier doesn't allow it

You can install by downloading zip file and installing in recovery mode.

He is probably a normal user and doesn't know how to do that. In any case, it's a little bit of a mess with the update priorities. There should have been more beta slots and also these top devices should have been first in line.

We opened One UI 4 Beta program for Z Fold 3 devices on 11/1 and reached our registration limit by 11/5.
