It started yesterday and I'm not able to get any steady 5G connection it comes in for about 3 minutes and goes right back out I'm currently relying on Wi-Fi and LTE which only gives me one single bar which is kind of frustrating

I had no network connection at all from Beta 4, had to withdraw and do a rollback, which does a factory reset on your phone. Then, I installed the Beta again. All is fine now.
