Sorry, this is off topic, but there does not seem to be an active group regarding the watches.
The app shortcut icon, bouncing blue music note for when media content is playing, and hourglass icon when a timer is running, is understandably there to get quick access to the app that is running a specific operation as described above.
Several articles and posts online note that the shortcut icon can't be moved or turned off with Wear OS 4. Nothing seems to work, developer options, turning of media notifications, etc.
It seems that Samsung has removed the option to turn this shortcut indicator off.
Samsung, please reconsider. Not everyone, including me wants this bouncing shortcut notification that also originates when the connected phone plays media, Spotify, YouaTube, etc.
It is annoying and also a battery drain.
There are tiles, and watch face complications the user can customize.
