App lags when closed

Anyone else experience some animation lag when closing an app? You can see that reddit carried over when closing the app and switching app screens. There is also a white light that shows up when closing an app. You can see both in the pictures below.

Please open up your settings and then go to your applications and scroll down to the Samsung One Ui app and then clear the cache from that application, also you may want to try installing the Samsung Good Guardians app from the Samsung galaxy store it has built in features such as an application optimizer and memory management tool plus a fantastic battery tool, if none of these recommendations don't work please boot your device into the recovery mode menu and then clear the cache from your phone, also in the same recovery menu select repair all applications and reboot your phone

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
