Apps closing out on their own

Has anyone been experiencing active apps that you are using, closing out on their own? I will be in an app and then when switching to another active app, the first one would disappear in my recents. Very annoying! I will report this bug to Samsung here soon. 

Any thoughts on why this could be happening?

I haven't had this problem but would suggest reporting this issue to samsung
