Apps like Instagram can view locked, "Private Folder," contents 🤔

Apps like Instagram are showing photos that are supposed to be in the locked, private folder and bypassing the securing method set to secure the folder. It pulls up the photos through a recent tab when going thru the gallery using the application.

It was happening on the past version of One UI also. 

Anyone else notice this? Please fix beta team. 👍🏾

If you're referencing the album lock in the gallery app, that is by design.
