It's to reduce the chances of you loosing money from a rando that walks by with an nfc reader. The apps that are unsupported isn't a new thing just contact the devs and ask them to update the app to samsungs android 13 if possible
The not supported messafe is because this is beta software. Same for the no payment apps being used for tap to pay. Its a security issue with an unsigned beta built of android. It stated when you agreed to test it that there would be issues and google pay wouldn't work most likely
