Back suggestion disabled on certain apps

So after installing I noticed I can't go back, close or access other apps while using certain apps. I keep having to restart the phone or turn off the screen. Anyone experiencing the same??

Have you tried to clear cache and restart the device?

If so and the issue still persists, please use the Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
