I recently took some video (2 min. 17 sec clip) using GS23U under beta 3. It was 1080P HDR 10+ HVEC 30 FPS. I noticed significant banding and artifacts in the sky, the likes of which I've not seen when taking similar video under the previous One UI. Also to a lesser extent, with the same video, I noticed several times when the frame rate dropped below 30 fps (it looked like a momentary stutters) after reviewing the recording. It seems to have happened during the recording, not play back because it happens in the same area when I replay the suspected low fps area.
