I would recommend that you try to Uninstall the application and then reinstall it then try to login in, some banking apps can lock up and not function correctly for no reason,

When I had BofA and participated in samsung beta, the app would not work until I installed the final version. I think it has to do with security like how Google Pay will not work while you're in beta.

Hello ,
Please try to clear app cache and try again.  If the issue persists, it would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.  As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side.
