Battery life is INSANE!!

Before joining the One UI 8 beta, my battery life was pretty good. It totally took a hit after installing One UI 8 and never improved. 

However, since joining the One UI 8.5 beta my battery life is better than it's ever been. I really hope it stays this way in the stable version!

Much better. However I still went in and check all the battery saver settings after the update. Some were defaulted back to set-up so I had to put them back here and there

Yes! It's been soooo much better for me too.

I was charging my phone 2x Day. Now it's lasting me most of the day on one charge.

I'm seeing improvement as well. expected time has gone up over 3 hours

Yupp can attest to that!
If you can remember one ui 8 beta 2 had this same amount of battery life with over 9+hrs of screen time. I could even get more juice with cache clearing, app optimizing and performance profiles but sill insane!
Nearly 1-2 hrs more battery than stable one ui 8.

I agree. In the morning when connected to my wireless android auto, I would drop 10% in the 40 minute drive. This morning I only dropped 4%
