I'm in the USA with an unlocked 24U. No update here also but beta 3 is running well. So no worries on my end

I think this is locked carrier models only
So we maybe get the update for unlocked models soon ig

I was told that the they are finalizing the Unlocked Version 

"The main reason is because we are still finalizing the software for Unlocked devices as it involves multiple carriers."
