In settings > apps > OneUI Home > Storage. First try clearing cache. If that doesn't solve the issue go back and also clear data. Unfortunately if you clear data you'll have to setup your Home screen icons.
If none of the above helps, check to see if you have good lock installed from Samsung app store. In here is the Home customizer tool. First try updating all apps from the galaxy store and if all else fails uninstall the good lock modules as needed.
