Bixby set-up keeps popping up

Does anyone get this set-up message on s23 Ultra. Nothing against Bixby but some of us have no desire to have Bixby.

Same here. Plus, I cannot set long-pressing of the power button to Google Assistant.

Same here. I wasn't sure if I was tapping something or clicking one of the side buttons accidentally, but even just reading something on the screen it pops up randomly.
