So there is a use case. Of you are using Nova launcher and you swipe left to right to go to Google discover and do not lift your finger / thumb the nav bar starts flickering. I did send a video as error log which would have made more sense it's hard to explain what it is in words. Btw I tried capturing video while on members app and it didn't do it, there is an option to capture video on members app while writing a post but it's not working.
