CRITICAL CELLULAR PROBLEM

I've submitted a report, but also wanted to make a post so maybe it gets more attention. I noticed that while I'm on WiFi, my Verizon line goes down to 1 bar signal even though I'm next to the tower and nothing is changing. I went into the service mode engineering menu and the signal is going blank, dashed lines instead of a numerical RSRP, and I'm not receiving calls or texts when it does this. Only happened since this new beta update.

I don't see any problem here. Your NR RRC: IDLE, so it's normal to show NR5G -- because your modem goes to sleep.

It is not normal for the RSRP to be blank with dashed lines, that's telling you that it's not even receiving a signal. There is always supposed to be a numerical RSRP no matter how the modem is sleeping. This has never happened once ever until this beta. And again, I missed multiple calls and this is the only explanation

Mine is the same, showing "--" when I'm connected to Wi-Fi, and the phone is working fine, receiving calls and messages.

Interesting. Idk, I'm not trusting it at the moment, my signal doesn't disappear like that on LTE, and it never did that before on NR. I stayed in service mode and watched it after I turned off wifi, and it popped back in at -136 before showing the proper signal. Something is definitely not right. It can't be a coincidence that 2 calls were sent to my voicemail the other day since this beta update.

I have 100% isolated it to only happening with dual sim enabled (with my T-Mobile line on alongside Verizon). If I use Verizon by itself, even with wifi on and the data goes idle, it still shows an RSRP and never goes blank.

This is what I have.
I honestly don't know what's going on with your phone.1787871473040.jpg

That's not normal either. How are you connected to a network with no signal, no tower PCI, no anything? That is definitely not right
