Call volume stuck when using doorbell calls

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I've noticed when talking through the video doorbell the volume bar gets stuck on controlling call volume only even after you've left the app and won't allow you to control or hear media because the phone gets stuck thinking you're on a call. I've had to go in and use the force close option to fix this majority of the time after talking through the video doorbell app.

I have not since I didn't start until one of the beta updates. It'll probably be fine once we are in the final beta.

To me that sounds like the doorbell app has taken control of the speaker and microphone and after the doorbell call, the app hasn't released control.

Try Force closing the app after use, not just swiping out away but by going into app info then Force close

That's what I've had to do when it happens. It's not every time I open it but that's exactly what it's doing.

Yes then it sounds like the app isn't ready for one ui 8.5 or the app just has it messed up and you should contact customer service after stable one ui 8.5 this week if it's not fixed yet

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
