Can't get stable release updates

I unenrolled from the one ui 8.5 beta and reinstalled the stable one ui 8.0 with smart switch and a cord but now whenever I check for updates it keeps trying to get me to install one ui 8.5 beta again

I have to have my developer options unlocked and opened for me to even get updates on my phone
