After update i cant seem to answer phone calls on lockscreen or after i have unlocked my device. I have to pull down the notification bar and tap the green phone icon to take a call. So far thats the only way to take a call unless um actively using my device and someone tries to call then im able to answer normally. Unlocked note 20 ultra 5G SM-N986U1
Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Yes i have done this. I have done this 3 times. Still the same outcome. But i see you have a new beta update. I will keep you posted as soon as the update is available to me here in the united states.
