Clock Time Has Weird Zero Now?

Hello. I noticed that the clock has a weird leading zero now. It is not in military time. It is working as a placeholder and it is annoying. I like this style without the leading zero but cannot seem to change it back to the regular style. Any ideas?

Try changing the style of clock. My clock has no 0 prefix

I changed clock styles and horizontal still shows zero even when not set in 24 hours time.

I also do have a zero on my lockscreen. I do not have 24hr selected. So hopefully this gets fixed.
