Connection Issues

I am having problems connecting my phone to my Galaxy watch 6.

Watch 6 Classic connecting fine on S23 Ultra.

What kind of issues are you having? Can you provide more details?

Please try steps below to see if it helps.
1. Turn off Bluetooth
2. Go to settings > apps > Click on arrow next "Your apps" > Select show system apps and press ok
3. Go to Bluetooth app > storage and clear data and cache.
4. Turn on Bluetooth

Please note this will remove your existing devices and may need pairing them back.

There might be a problem with the Bluetooth app because if you go into like you suggested, you'll be unable to tap clear cache or data. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way or not. You can see what I mean in the screenshot.

That doesn't work for me. Clear data and clear cache are not highlighted to press as a function to delete data or cache
