My phone as restarted at least 50 times in 30mins & running hot this morning. I had to find a way to cool it off because I couldn't turn it off because again it keeps restarting itself. Eventually it's staying on and there was a notice that says "we notice a serious issue with your software please check for software update and if there's no update please contact customer service". Now I'm worried about charging my phone so it doesn't get hot & start restarting by itself again.

Is it completely restarting, or just the home screen? Mine does the same thing when I have my Wi-Fi turned on, and turning it off fixed my issue. I reported it and hopefully this is one of the fixes incoming.

You might benefit from clearing your cache and repairing your apps. You can find these in recovery mode.

I actually did clear cache like I always do after an update and did repair apps for this version. The result has been the same. Keeping my Wi-Fi off has stopped the issue for me. I did send in an error report with the details.

I seem to have that problem when I tap an hold an app and then select uninstall the entire thing goes blank and then comes back in about a second so instead I opted to uninstall the apps through the settings and then Apps..

I would suggest that you both boot into recovery mode and select clear cache. Don't accidentally select the factory reset one only clear cache and then select reboot afterwards! Also, it could be helpful to select repair apps after you clear the cache and then finally reboot.
