I couldn't send a text using either Google messages or Samsung messages. After restarting my phone it worked

Bug might be related to the problem I've been seeing with my SIM and eSIM operations. Yeah restart fixes it here too, for now.

Try resetting your APN settings, and toggling your Data/Radios On and Off. Also, Ultra-Wide Band was causing some issues in Beta 6 on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Turning it off improved performance. If you do not need active UWB Discovery for devices, turning it off might help.

Waiting on results for Beta 7. So far, still buggy, but faster at resolving network unavailabe delay than before.
