Coverscreen preview in camera app is super bugged

Cover screen preview is completely bugged for me. When I tap the icon and turn my phone around to unlock cover screen, it bootloops. When I choose it by mistake, it gives me the black screen/white camera logo. Is anyone else experiencing issues with cover screen preview? The rest of the camera app seems to work as intended for me.

No sorry, mine is functioning as intended.
I click camera app, the camera opens up, I click the cover screen preview and it turns the cover screen preview on.

I have no need to unlock cover screen, which is odd considering if you have the phone unlocked and the camera app open, there would never be a reason for the phone to be locked......

I would suggest turning off screen lock, testing again and then enable screen lock again to get your security back after testing
