I've noticed when I stop playing music and close the app or start using another app, that the media player disappears from the now bar. Unless the app is closed out in the recent app the app should still be available in the background. I would like for Samsung to keep the media player up in the now bar so when I'm ready listen to my music again its there for quick access. That would make the experience a whole lot better!

I may be wrong, but my understanding of this feature is to show status on the locked screen/AOD. The full screen should be available when you are using the phone. Now Bar is not for background tasks while using the phone.

DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for your feedback! We understand how convenient it would be to keep the media player persistent in the Now Bar even when switching apps or pausing music. Your suggestion to maintain quick access to media playback aligns well with enhancing the user experience, and weāll be sharing this with the relevant team for future consideration.
Regards,
