Google is the Creator of the Software to begin with, because they created Android and is where Android started from the beginning. That's why all the Google phones get the Software Updates before any other Android phone manufacturers do. Because they created the Software from the beginning.

That is about the upcoming Android 17, Gemini LLM change etc. That has nothing to do with the current Android 16 of which the S25 is already using even before the UI 8.5 beta.
