Cut/Copy/Paste menu not showing up

In any app, the Cut Copy Paste Select All menu does not show up when selecting text. This makes it impossible to copy any text. (S23 ULTRA)

Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

This is present in both Beta 1 and Beta 2.

I do not have this issue, and I did not have it on beta 1 either.

All good, but do notice that there are some apps where copy / paste are in the overflow menu of the pop-up.
Other action items are taking presidence like search which is front and center, but have to go to overflow and scroll for copy /paste.
Don't think this is good.

The issue just randomly fixed itself, it did not require a restart.
